A bespoke kitchen in Gdańsk from the manufacturer — how it works and what it costs
Gdańsk is not "far" for us. Over more than 20 years in business, our factory in Elbląg has served hundreds of customers from the Tri-City — from Wrzeszcz, Oliwa, Morena, Przymorze, Jasień, Chełm and many other districts. Measuring at the customer's premises, the 3D design and installation are all carried out on site in Gdańsk, with no travel costs added to the quote.

In this article we explain exactly what ordering a kitchen from a manufacturer outside Gdańsk looks like — what you gain, how the whole process works and what to expect at each stage.
Why do customers from Gdańsk order a kitchen in Elbląg?
Gdańsk has its own furniture showrooms and kitchen studios. So why do a dozen or so orders from the Tri-City reach us every year?
The answer is simple: buying directly from the manufacturer eliminates one or two margins from the distribution chain. A furniture showroom in Gdańsk buys the kitchen from a manufacturer (or distributor) and sells it to you with a mark-up. At Furnipark you are the factory's customer — with no middleman.
The practical effect: for a similar budget you get a kitchen with better fittings, a thicker worktop or higher-quality fronts. Or you simply pay less for exactly the same thing.
The second reason: accountability. When something needs correcting after installation — you call us, the manufacturer. Not a showroom that refers you to the manufacturer, who refers you to the distributor.
What does ordering a kitchen from Gdańsk look like, step by step?
1. Contact by phone or email
It all starts with a conversation — by phone (608 517 844), email or the form on the website. We ask about the basics: kitchen size, style, approximate budget and planned deadline. We don't need finished plans — a verbal description and photos from your phone are enough.
2. 3D design — we send it by email
Based on the initial dimensions and preferences we prepare a free 3D visualisation design. You see the kitchen from every side, with the real colour of the fronts and worktop. We send the design by email — you don't have to travel to Elbląg.
We make corrections until you are happy — with no limit on the number of rounds. Only once the design suits you do we move on.
3. Measuring visit in Gdańsk
Our surveyor comes to you — to your flat in Gdańsk, Oliwa, Wrzeszcz, Morena, Jasień, Przymorze or Chełm. The visit takes 30–60 minutes. We measure everything to the millimetre: walls, angles, the position of windows, doors and connections.
The call-out is included — we don't add per-kilometre charges for the measuring visit.
4. Signing the contract and production
After the design is approved and the measuring is done, you sign the contract (by email or on site) and pay a deposit. From that moment the kitchen goes into production at our factory in Elbląg. Standard production time: 3–6 weeks.
5. Delivery and installation in Gdańsk
We deliver the furniture directly to the customer. The installation team carries out the installation in one working day for a standard kitchen of 4–6 linear metres. We remove the packaging. We leave a finished kitchen.
How much does a bespoke kitchen cost in Gdańsk?
Bespoke kitchen prices in the Tri-City are comparable with prices across Poland — the market is large enough that there are no local mark-ups. For customers from Gdańsk we work in the same ranges as for customers from Elbląg.
Basic kitchen (4–5 linear metres, laminated fronts)
From PLN 19,999 with installation — carcasses, fronts, a postforming worktop, fittings, transport and installation in Gdańsk in the price.
Mid-range kitchen (5–6 linear metres, lacquered fronts)
PLN 22,000–38,000 — lacquered fronts in any RAL/NCS colour, a conglomerate worktop, soft-close drawers.
Premium kitchen (with an island, top-shelf materials)
PLN 40,000–70,000 and more — quartz conglomerate or natural stone, an island, internal LED lighting, a full build up to the ceiling.
A precise quote is possible after the 3D design. Free and without obligation.
The districts of Gdańsk we serve
We travel across the whole of Gdańsk — no district is "too far" for us. We most often carry out orders in:
- Wrzeszcz and Oliwa — pre-war and 1960s–70s buildings, kitchens often with non-standard dimensions, sloping walls and recesses. We have experience with such projects.
- Morena, Jasień and Chwarzno-Wiczlino — new developer buildings, kitchens open to the living room, often with an island or peninsula.
- Przymorze and Żabianka — 1970s–80s prefab blocks, low ceilings, standard dimensions, efficiently carried out.
- Chełm, Siedlce and Piecki-Migowo — a mix of buildings, often separate kitchens with a window, good access for the installation team.
- Śródmieście and Nowy Port — tenement houses, stairs without a lift, narrow stairwells. We work in such conditions — we know how to carry large elements up to the fourth floor.
What we don't promise customers from Gdańsk
We would rather write this plainly than have you find out at a later stage.
- We don't have a showroom in Gdańsk. If you want to see front samples and touch the materials — you are welcome at the factory in Elbląg (90 minutes' drive along the S7 route via Nowy Dwór Gdański). You can book a visit on any working day.
- The lead time is the same as for customers from Elbląg — production in one factory, one schedule for everyone. We don't do express "priorities" out of turn.
- For a complaint we travel to Gdańsk — but the date of the service visit is agreed together and may be a few working days away.
The most common questions from Gdańsk customers
Is the call-out for measuring and installation chargeable?
The call-out for measuring is without obligation. The transport of the furniture and the team's call-out for installation are included in the final price — we don't add them to the invoice after the fact.
Do I have to travel to Elbląg?
No. You can carry out the whole process remotely — the 3D design by email, signing the contract online, measuring and installation at your place. You are welcome at the factory, but we don't require a visit.
How long does the whole process take, from contact to a finished kitchen?
Standardly 6–10 weeks. You will find more details about the schedule in the article: How long does it take to make a bespoke kitchen →
Can you make a kitchen for a developer shell finish?
Yes — and we do it regularly for customers from new developments in Morena, Jasień or Chwarzno-Wiczlino. We work directly with the customer, not with the developer. We do the measuring after the finishing work is complete.
And what if something doesn't fit after installation?
We come and fix it. As the manufacturer we take full responsibility for every element — there is no middleman here to whom we could refer you.
