The bespoke kitchen market in the Tri-City is large — and therefore hard to read. In Gdańsk alone there are over 60 companies offering kitchen furniture. Gdynia and Sopot add dozens more. Furniture showrooms, design studios, local carpenters, manufacturers from outside the region — each claims to be the best and the cheapest.

In this article we say it plainly: what the market looks like, how much kitchens really cost in 2026, who to look for and what to watch out for — regardless of whether you order from us or elsewhere.
How much does a bespoke kitchen cost in the Tri-City in 2026?
Prices on the Tri-City market are comparable with the rest of Poland — there is no special "premium for the Tri-City" here. The ranges we checked in 2025 based on data from oferteo.pl and conversations with customers comparing offers:

A manufacturer from Elbląg in the Tri-City — how does it work?
Customers from Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot often ask: "But how come, a factory in Elbląg and you serve the Tri-City?" Yes — and we have been doing so for years. Here is what the cooperation looks like step by step.
3D design — by email, without leaving home
You give the dimensions and preferences (by phone or email). We prepare the 3D design within 3–7 working days and send it by email. You can look at the kitchen from every side, with the real colour of the fronts and worktop. Corrections — until you are happy, with no limit on rounds.
Measuring visit in the Tri-City
After the design is approved, our surveyor comes to you — to Gdańsk, Gdynia or Sopot. He measures walls, angles, connections. The visit takes 30–60 minutes.
Production in Elbląg — 3–6 weeks
After measuring and signing the contract the kitchen goes into production. We cut, edge, rout and lacquer ourselves. Full quality control on site.
Delivery and installation in the Tri-City
We deliver directly. The installation team carries out the installation in one working day (a standard kitchen of 4–6 linear metres). We remove the packaging.
What does the kitchen manufacturer market in the Tri-City look like?
We researched the local market before writing this article. Here is what we found:
Furniture showrooms (chains and independents)
The largest segment — a dozen or so showrooms in Gdańsk alone. Some of them are franchises of big brands (Black Red White, Agata Meble, Komfort), some are local kitchen studios. The advantage of showrooms is the chance to see the display in person. The downside — the price (at least one showroom margin) and often limited personalisation options.
Local carpenters and small workshops
Companies of a few people, often cheaper for simple projects. The risk: limited production resources, less repeatable quality, no manufacturer's warranty in the standard sense. For non-standard elements (e.g. curves, unique materials) — they can be the right choice.
Manufacturers from outside the Tri-City (like us)
Factories from Elbląg, Bydgoszcz, Toruń, Poznań serve the Tri-City. The differences in offer are significant — it is worth checking at least three companies and comparing not only the price, but also the scope of the quote (are installation and transport included?).
5 questions you must ask before signing the contract
Regardless of who you decide to order the kitchen from — ask these questions of every bidder. The answers will tell you more than any advertisement.
1. Does the price in the offer include transport and installation?
Some companies give a price "for the furniture" without installation and transport — which can add PLN 2,000–5,000 to the final bill. Ask about the "turnkey" price with delivery to your address in the Tri-City.
2. Who is responsible for installation?
Furnipark is responsible for the whole process — from production to installation. One point of contact for any concerns after handover.
3. Who makes the furniture — you, or do you order it from someone?
Some "manufacturers" are middlemen who order furniture from others and sell it with a margin. Ask directly: do you have your own production? Where is the factory?
4. What does the complaints procedure look like?
Do you contact the manufacturer directly? How long do you wait for a service visit? Can you use the kitchen normally in the meantime?
5. Is the 3D design free and how many rounds of corrections are included?
A few companies charge a fee for the design, credited against the order — but if you don't order, you lose that amount. With us the 3D design is free and without obligation, with an unlimited number of corrections.
What to watch out for especially in the Tri-City?
Hidden travel costs
Some companies from distant locations add transport and installation costs separately — after the offer is chosen. Check this before comparing prices.
Lead time in season

"Bespoke" vs "modular" terminology
Some companies advertise modular furniture (with fixed dimensions) as "bespoke kitchens". The difference is significant: modular furniture has fixed widths (e.g. 30, 40, 60, 80 cm) and requires fillers or compromises with non-standard dimensions. A truly bespoke kitchen is cut and produced for the specific size of your room.
Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot — we serve the whole Tri-City
We have hundreds of projects in the Tri-City behind us. We know that the 1970s blocks in Przymorze have different dimensions from the new apartments in Morena. That in Sopot narrow stairwells require elements assembled upstairs. That in the tenement houses of Gdańsk Główny there is sometimes a lift, but a large cabinet won't always fit.

Can I come and see the materials?
Yes — you are welcome at the factory in Elbląg (ul. Słonecznikowa 10, Mon–Fri 8:00–16:00). The S7 route from Gdańsk is ~90 minutes. We also send front samples by post on request.
How much does the call-out for measuring in Gdańsk / Gdynia / Sopot cost?
The call-out for measuring is without obligation. Transport of the furniture and installation are included in the final price.
How long does a project take for a Tri-City customer?
The same as for a customer from Elbląg: standardly 6–10 weeks from the first contact to a finished kitchen. Geographical distance does not lengthen the process — we take on the logistics.
What if something doesn't fit after installation?
We come and fix it. As the manufacturer we take full responsibility — without referring you to middlemen.
